    Hero concept: Rayleigh, the railgun monkey

    So i had the idea of a railgun hero, he would be called Rayleigh and would function similarly to the dartling, having high pierce and damage but low firerate. Now i don't have any skill in drawing so there won't be that, just the level description and some stats. If anyone finds the idea good enough that they want to do an artwork for it feel free. Also I'm pretty bad at balancing so I'm open to any criticism/suggestion in the comments.

    I know some of the levels are pretty close to dartling upgrades so if you have ideas for those, feel free to comment too.

    I will put the level description like how it would be in game first then the stats and additional commentaries in parenthesis.

    MM cost: 5000 Leveling rate: same as Churchill

    Base cost: $1500

    Lv 1 : Rayleigh uses his railgun to shoot very high energy pelets at a slow rate (5 dmg and 10 pierce, one shot every 2 sec, high accuracy and infinite lifespan, projectiles have the velocity of a 003 dart. Projectiles can pop purples but not lead and he cannot see camo)

    Lv 2 : Increased pierce (10 → 13)

    Lv 3 : External field augment : Rayleigh activates a module on his railgun to produce an external magnectic field that can capture and shoot a lead bloon. (If a lead blood is within a 002 dart range of Rayleigh, it will be captured by the gun and you can then click where you want to shoot the bloon that will deal 3 and suffer 1 layer everytime it touches a bloon, creating multiple children like normal when supposed to. If there are remains of the shot bloon, they will be stunned for one second and move to the closes track. Cooldown : 15 sec. He can now see camo that have lead proprieties because they dirupt his magnetic field. If you're wondering how is it physically possible since magnets don't affect lead very much, well let's just say they alrady float sooo)

    Lv 4 : Increased damage (5 → 7)

    Lv 5 : Armor penetrative projectiles allow Rayleigh to pop leads

    Lv 6 : Magnetic tracks allow Rayleigh to swivel much faster (it is near instantaneous, with a special voiceline if you make him spin too much.

    Lv 7 : Auxilliary tesla coil zaps bloons near Rayleigh (like 2xx druid, with a base dart range, 10 pierce and 2 dmg, zaps every second)

    Lv 8 : Stabilizer allows lead shot with the railgun to last longer, dealing damage to more bloons. (All lead shot with the gun will be considered fortifified and will thus be able to pop 4 bloons before turning into blacks)

    Lv 9 : Better cooling of the magnets allow Rayleigh to shoot faster (2s/shot → 1.5s/shot)

    Lv 10 : Magnet overcharge : All friendly metal projectiles in range will be funneled into the railgun and shot (range is that of a 002 dart, lifespan of projectiles is ignored when travelling towards the railgun but not pierce and projectiles shot keep their original stats including lifespan. All towers in range that have projectiles which can be affected by this will shoot regardless of if there are bloons nearby for the duration of the ability, shooting towards Rayleigh if there are none. Duration 5 s, cooldown : 60 s)

    Lv 11 : Pointier bullets allow Rayleigh to deal extra dmg to ceramics and MOAB class bloons (+3 to ceramics and +5 to MOABs)

    Lv 12 : Stronger magnets shoots projectiles faster (projectile velocity is now equal to crossbow master and 13 → 20 pierce)

    Lv 13 : Tesla coil now arcs further and to more bloons ( range for tesla coil is now 001 dart and arcs to 15 bloons)

    Lv 14 : Stronger batteries allow Rayleigh's abilities to recharge faster( External field augment cooldown 15s → 10s, magnetic overcharge cooldown 60s → 45s)

    Lv 15 : Faster recharge and higher damage for the railgun (1,5s/shot → 1,2s/shot and 7dmg → 10 dmg)

    Lv 16 : Impact from railgun projectiles is now so strongs it stuns bloons for a short time (regular bloons are stunned for 0.7s, MOABs are stunned for 0,3s and BFBs and higher are unnafected)

    Lv 17 : Lead bloons shot by the railgun deal more damage (3 dmg → 10 dmg, lead shot now also benefit from the lv 11 bonus)

    Lv 18 : Magnet overcharge now affects all the map, lasts longer and resstores projectiles (duration 5s → 10s, projectiles now get their pierce back when they enter the cannon)

    Lv 19 : Anti-MOAB ronds deal devastating damage ( MOAB class bonus +5 → +15)

    Lv 20 : Ultra powerfull electromagnets can now generate a big enough external field to shoot DDTs, with a higher cooldown (DDTs shot will deal 50 dmg and take 5 if they touch a bloon and deal 500 and take 100 if they touch a MOAB class bloon. This is not affected by lv 8 and regular DDTs are not considered having fortified hp for this. If you shoot a DDT with this ability cooldown will be 25s)

    Edit: rough idea for the quotes: "Battery: check, magnets: check" when placed, "Let's turn this up a notch" when leveling up, "I'm gonna need more cables","I wonder what happends if i plug that there", "Hello" random quotes when clicked, "unlimited power" when reaching level 20, "I wouldn't touch that if i were you", "You're going to get electrocuted"when annoyed, "MOAB, voltage set to 5000 V", "BFB, 50000 V needed", "ZOMG, push it up to 500000 V" , "BAD, that's gonna need the full 5 million V", "DDT, that could make a fine projectile"(before reaching lv 20) , "Prepare to fire that DDT"(at lv 20) when seeing MOAB class bloons, " External field augment activated, aand fire" when using lv 3 and finally "maximum energy" when using his lv 10 and if you spin him too much he would say "I'm not feeling well" then you would hear a zap and he would say "Ow! much better"
