    Limit possible heroes for challenges

    Currently, you can choose a no heroes, a specified hero or allow any hero. This makes it difficult to create challenges that tests players' puzzle solving skills. A prime example is limiting camo detection, but the Etienne renders all such challenges trivial. Another is limited land, but Admiral and Pat make it much easier.

    So, it would be nice to choose only certain heroes for a challenge or (equivalently, I think) restrict use of some heroes. Thoughts?
