    A minor Sticky Bomb and Master Bomber buff

    My issue is that the Sticky Bomb and Master Bomber still throws flash bombs after every 3 shurikens.

    So for the buff I'd have the flash bombs be thrown after every 2 shurikens for the Sticky Bomb, and every 1 shuriken for the Master Bomber.

    This'll make both upgrades slightly more effective at dealing with regular bloons as well as MOABs.

    Not sure how this'll affect the overall meta but to me this just makes more sense incrementally.
