    Admiral Brickell's stats

    Since Topper64 doesn't have the Heroes chart updated quite yet (as of posting anyway), I may as well post Brickell's general stats that I dug out from labbing. Enjoy.

    Base stats:

    • Cost: $750
    • Range: 50 (matches Super Monkey base)
    • EXP rate: Fast, matching base 4 Heroes (meant to be Medium, matching Ezili)
    • Camo: Needs L7 upgrade
    • Attacks: Pistol, Mines (initial hit, AOE)
    • Attack Frequency: 60/48 (Pistol), 60/180 (Mines)
    • Notes: Mines are used automatically in play regardless of targets in Brickell's attack range, with RNG placement within local water for lifespan of about 110 seconds or 2 rounds; each given Mine will home in on a target that gets near it, at a slow enough velocity that the target may attract other Mines before getting hit, which can result in overuse

    Pistol:

    • Type: Sharp
    • Damage: 3
    • Pierce: 1
    • Notes: Hitscan

    Mines initial hit:

    • Type: Normal
    • Damage: 1
    • Pierce: 1
    • Notes: won't damage blimps other than DDTs (likely a bug but not ruling out intentional design for explosives against blimps)

    Mines AOE:

    • Type: Explosion
    • Damage: 1
    • Pierce: 20
    • Notes: hits same target as initial hit first, naturally using 1 Pierce to do so

    Mega Mine (from L10 Activation):

    • Type: Normal
    • Damage: 5000 (no, I didn't add an extra 0 there)
    • Pierce: 100
    • Notes: Can be placed in any body of water with lifespan of 2 rounds or (unsure) some exceedingly long time; hits Camo innately, but Mega Mine's homing/attack can only be triggered by blimps; Damage will not carry over past the hit blimp layer; stun effect to non-BAD bloons that seems to last 5 seconds for a hit bloon that doesn't have its layer removed

    Level up boosts;

    • Level 2: Pistol Attack Frequency set to 60/42, Mines Attack Frequency set to 60/168
    • Level 3: Activation "Naval Tactics" with cooldown of 50 seconds: buff effect of 2x Attack Frequency, duration is 10 seconds, range is equal to Brickell's own, target is Brickell and all Boats and Subs within Range
    • Level 4: Mines AOE Pierce set to 28
    • Level 5: "Naval Tactics" buff effect addition of +1 Pierce and Normal Type
    • Level 6: Pistol Damage set to 5, Mines Damage set to 2 (applies for both hits)
    • Level 7: Brickell gets Camo detection, Range set to around (unsure of exact) 56
    • Level 8: "Naval Tactics" buff effect addition of Camo detection
    • Level 9: Mines Damage set to 7
    • Level 10: Activation "Mega Mine" with cooldown of 60 seconds: place Mega Mine in body of water for Mega Mine attack above
    • Level 11: Mines Attack Frequency set to 60/150
    • Level 12: Pistol Damage set to 7, Pistol Attack Frequency set to 60/24, Mines Damage set to 7
    • Level 13: "Mega Mine" cooldown set to 50 seconds
    • Level 14: "Naval Tactics" duration set to 15 seconds
    • Level 15: Mines Damage Type set to Normal, Mines get Decamo effect, Mines have larger explosion radius (exact value too hard to determine)
    • Level 16: Range set to around (again unsure of exact) 62
    • Level 17: Mines Damage set to 22
    • Level 18: "Mega Mine" cooldown set to 40 seconds
    • Level 19: "Naval Tactics" buff range set to infinite
    • Level 20: "Mega Mine" Damage set to 15000
