    Idea: Ultimate Monkey Knowledge!

    Posted: 28 Jan 2020 09:42 AM PST

So recently we got more MK, and that got me thinking: what if we had some form of "ultimate" knowledge? And here's my suggestion. (Note: these definitely aren't balanced lol)

Ultimate Knowledge can only be unlocked once you have all other knowledge, and only one can be applied at a time. Also, Ultimate Knowledge works in CHIMPS, but does not get you a black border. There's one knowledge for every branch of monkey, and two for every hero:

    Dart

Guided Destruction: Ultra Juggernaut balls are homing (even the ones that split).

Thrice the Fan: if a dart monkey affected by smfc or pmfc is a triple dart or higher, it fires three shots instead of one.

Master of Precision: Crossbow Master fires much slower, but has a guaranteed crit.

    Rang

True Rang Lord: having all tier 5 rangs increases the power of the Glaive Lord, granting him faster damage and a burn effect.

Perma-Permacharge: reduces Permacharge cooldown, making ability uptime about 90%.

True Domination: Domination works on BADs.

    Bomb

Bloon Crushier: does triple damage to bloons, and 5x damage to MOABs.

Bloon Eliminator: activating ability also removes anything below a ceramic from the screen.

Blitzkrieg: All Recursive Clusters now activate every shot.

    Tack

Meteor Shower: Meteor attacks from Inferno Ring fire twice as fast.

Eternal Maelstrom: a constant but weaker Maelstrom is always active.

The Thunder Zone: attacks stun ceramics and lower.

    Ice

Brittlest: Super Brittle gives an even higher damage boost.

Kelvin Would Be Proud: when Absolute Zero is placed, all bloons weaker than ceramic now move at half speed, even white and zebra.

Stay Frosty: Icicles and Icicle Impale now freeze for longer.

    Glue

It's Not Even Glue at This Point It's Just Acid: double damage, but no longer slows at all.

Someone Say Glue?: glue strike lasts for 5 seconds, and storm lasts for 30.

Super Duper Glue: Completely immobilizes anything that isn't a BAD. Permanently.

    Sniper

Deadliest Precision: Deadly Precision and higher now guaranteed one-shot ceramics, regardless of wave.

Beyond Elite: ESniper's supply drop guarantees highest cash and lives amount, plus triples fire rate of all other snipers.

Maximum Defense: Attack speed is always like bloons just leaked, but can't go any higher from leaking or distance on track.

    Sub

What Bunny?: Energizer halves all ability cool downs.

Pre-Preemptive: Preemptive Strike fires missiles at the entrance nonstop.

Admiral of Legend: Sub Commander works across entire screen (for CHIMPS) and doubles their fire rate.

    Buccaneer

Death From Above: Mini Aces fire mini missiles at MOABs.

Flying Dutchman: Harpooned MOABs give even more money, plus a shorter cooldown.

Money is Power: With Trade Empire around, gain 10% of Merchantmen income in lives.

    Ace

Block The Sun: Dart Storm and Sky Shredder Fire double the darts.

Leave Nothing Behind: Ground Zero and Tsar Bomba deal double damage, plus Bomber Ace bombs home in!

Aim For the Big One!: All Spectre and Flying Fortress attacks aim for the strongest bloon.

    Heli

Lasers are Good: Apache now fires lasers instead of darts, like Apache Prime.

Permanent Deployment: Poperations marine doesn't disappear until you put down another.

All the Defense: Comanche defense has permanent mini Helis, and Commander now has 6.

    Mortar

The Biggerest One: Biggest One hits the whole screen.

Advanced Targeting: Gives Artillery Battery and higher regular targeting options.

Flames of Fury: Blooncineration's fire is now twice the size and has no pierce limit.

    Wizard

True Mage Master: Archmage gets the 4th tier abilities of the other paths.

Real Phoenix Hours: WLP has a permanent Lava Phoenix.

Dead Zeppelin: POD can now make undead ZOMGs.

    Super

Magnifying Glass: Sun Avatar has more accurate attacks. (shot spread is reduced)

Enhanced Targeting Software: Both guns on Robo Monkey and higher aim at the target you choose.

What's Money to a Billionaire? Dark Champion and LOTN have half cost.

    Ninja

Shadow Clone: Grandmaster now fires 8 shurikens behind himself.

Secret Technique: Shinobi Tactics work on all ninjas on screen, plus Sabotage and Saboteur slow even more.

I <3 Bombs: all MOABs get hit with sticky bombs.

    Alch

YEET!: Permanent Brew can now hit anything on screen (both buffs and attacks).

Run and Hyde: Total Transformation now permanently effects the Alchemist.

Gold Digger: Lead and Rubber to Gold potions are thrown 3x as fast.

    Drood

Superduperstorm: Superstorm can attack MOABs outside of its range.

Wrath of the Forest: Thorns on track deal triple damage, plus all Druid vines destroy bloons twice as quick.

You Wouldn't Like Me When I'm Angry: full speed and damage, all the time.

    Farm

Oh We Have Banana: One big banana from every plantation or higher every round (gives $500).

Way Too Big to Fail: If Monkey-Nomics is placed, all IMF Loans give half the debt they used to.

Wallest of Streets: Central Markets and Wall Street give 10x end of round income.

    Spactory

KOBE!: Every other Super Mine is thrown directly at the strongest Bloon on screen.

Thick Carpet: Double the spikes from Spike Storm and Carpet of Spikes.

Smarter Spikes: early round speed time is doubled.

    Village

Primary Perfection: Expertise now gets tier 3 primary monkeys for free.

Global Defense: CTA now works everywhere, and HD now lasts 50% longer.

Fruitful Town: Monkey Town is now twice as effective.

    Engi

Paragon Expert: Paragon turrets also fire all expert projectiles.

Megaboost: Ultraboost now gives its maximum effect after one application.

XXXXL Trap: Can catch one BAD, but only if nothing else is inside.

    Quincy

Rapid Rapid Shots: Triple attack speed, ability enhances it even more.

Tempest of Arrows: SOA hits the whole screen.

    Gwen

Oops!: may randomly throw a cocktail of fire.

Burn Baby Burn: all burn effects last until the bloon is dead.

    Biker Bones

No Mercy: can pop all bloons by default.

Master of Artillery: 50% chance AC resets itself.

    Obyn

RISE!: Puts down 3 brambles at once.

Zealous Spirits: main attack is faster and turns sharper.

    Adora

Vendetta: can become vengeful without the VTSG if the other Supers are in place (does not sacrifice them).

Sun Ball: Ball of Light deals tons of damage on contact.

    Churchill

Combat Experience: Starts at level 6.

Perfect Vision: Starts with max range but doesn't increase with levels.

    Benjamin

Does This Count as a Heist?: Bank Hack effects are double.

HAXX0R?: Benjamin's abilities work in CHIMPS.

    Ezili

Heart Attack: Heartstopper now prevents lives from being leaked.

Scratching Post: Totem is free, but only when using Smudge Catt Skin.

    Pat

Greatest Roar: RR now affects all monkeys.

Heavy Slap: main attack one-shots up to rainbows by default.

    Trivia

    • This tower is at least partially a call-back to the Radadactyl Agent from BTD5.
      • Path 1 is the largest call-back because tier 3 is similar to the pro version and tier 5 is a reference to how the agent took time to reach its full power.
    • Path 2 has similar properties to a Beekeeper tower except this one releases less projectiles and focuses on MOAB popping power.
    • Path 3 references Radadactyl's love for music, but otherwise is original in terms of gameplay.
    • With Swifter Dives, Radadactyls with the Vertigo upgrade can barely fly faster than pink bloons.

    Notes

    • The creator knows they made a Radadactyl hero earlier (albeit with a different attack pattern and upgrades) but the creator had some ideas for a completely new tower concept and thought they saw a Radadactyl shadow in Infernal before the mistake was pointed out. Regardless, between those two things, the creator decided it would be fun to create a Radadactyl suggestion filled with old and new concepts alike.
